Shipping policy

Everything is packaged with love, good intention and secureness! Orders take around 2-5 days to ship, not including processing/transit time. Website banner will announce of any delays or updates.

We use USPS for the most part! Unfortunately once we ship your package and a tracking number is provided, we can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in the carrier's hands.  Please contact your local carrier for more information on the status of your package as they are able to provide accurate idea of your package and the whereabouts.

Please be sure to double/triple check your address before submitting your order - as we cannot be responsible for incorrect address (unless we made  a typo ourselves). If a package is returned to us, we will absolutely send it back out to you and reach out for the correct shipping info! *Please note the customer is responsible for any postage fees due in order to reprint a new label.

Full payment has to clear before sending out as extra precaution!
